         Beautiful Three Bedroom, Two Bath Chalet within walking distance to Big Bear City Airport. Watch planes take off and land from the spacious deck in the 6 person Jacuzzi. This Chalet sleeps 8, with 2 King beds 1 Queen bed and a Queen sofa sleeper. Big fenced yard. And YES, your pet is welcome upon approval. 
     Enjoy movies in Surround Sound on the new 60” HDTV while sitting in front of the large wood burning gas fireplace. The home is fully equipped and includes a 30” gas grill BBQ plus a washer and dryer in the 2 car garage. 
     There are plenty of games for the kids and adults. Each bedroom is appointed with a flat panel HDTV and DVD player. Living room has Netflix available. There are plenty of movies to choose from our extensive DVD library. Don't forget your devices, this cabin has Hi-Speed wireless internet.

     Linens and towels provided, even shampoo and soap if you forget yours.  Just bring the food, stock the fridge, relax and enjoy. Full array of spices, flour, sugar, etc to suffice your culinary needs.
     You'll love our cabin which is nestled among the pines. Big fenced yard for the kids or your pets.  Sleds and snow bogies in the garage plus fishing poles if you forgot yours.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT - of $500 is required on a credit card. Deposit is only authorized and held on a credit card until completion of rental. Release of deposits are outline in rental agreement.

    ADDITIONAL FEES:
    $85 cleaning fee and 8% lodging taxes for all stays less than 30 days, $130 cleaning fee for monthly rentals, additional fees will apply for more than 8 persons.  Pets are allowed based on advance approval; $25 fee per pet will be charged; maximum of 3 pets only.
